According to NSW education minister Sarah Mitchell, it's perfectly fine for 'Dark Emu' to be used in schools because it is only a 'secondary text' encouraging kids to 'interrogate claims'. Well then, how about introducing kids to Erich von Däniken's claim that space aliens built the pyramids? If you are promoting miseducation why not go all the way?
