Among the many things about the Voice that neither Aboriginal activists nor the Albanese government is prepared to discuss, the clash between the existing section 51 of the Constitution and the proposed section 129 is high on the list. 'Yes' backers will scoff, but could the Voice determine that some Australian population are aliens?  Could those 'aliens' be all who don't identify as Aboriginal? Pointedly unexamined so far is the possibility most of us could be declared aliens in our own land
