Inefficient. A waste of time.
But what if the wheels you have keep falling off?
What if, perhaps, they are shaped like cubes,
Because someone liked the shape,
And had the power to insist?

I used to find the Book of Revelation
Opaque, lurid,
Apocalyptic, incomprehensible.
Then I read it the other day,
Was like: Oh,
That bit happened on Tuesday,
And that other thing
Was on the news last night,
Albeit briefly,
And only on SBS World.

To claim Aborigines have the world's oldest continuous culture is to misunderstand the meaning of culture, which continuously changes over time and location. For a culture not to change over time would be a reproach and certainly not a cause for celebration, for it would indicate that there had been no capacity to adapt. Clearly this has not been the case
