Peter Coleman discusses his new book The Last Intellectuals (Quadrant Books) on Counterpoint:

The Cold War involved not only political confrontation and military conflict, but also a global cultural war fought by writers. One person who was in the thick of it was Peter Coleman. He discusses the Australian Association for Cultural Freedom and the battle of ideas that was taking place in Australia in the early 1960s.
