Yesterday, February 27, Lord Christopher Monckton began his Australian speaking tour.
PRIME MINISTER 1400 AUSTRALIANS WENT TO HEAR LORD MONCKTON IN SYDNEY TODAY
Lord Christopher Monckton gave two presentations in Sydney today at the start of his Australian tour to explain why the IPCC version of climate science is flawed, how the Kyoto Protocol has failed dismally and why the proposed emissions trading scheme [ETS] cannot achieve any measurable change to climate.
The first presentation was at a private function organised by the Australian Environment Foundation to a capacity crowd of 180 people at midday. The second presentation was at the Sheraton on the Park in the evening to a standing room only crowd of over 1200 [some estimate 1400].
At each venue Lord Monckton received a standing ovation.
Question time revealed a high degree of concern from those attending about the integrity of the current climate science debate and proposed solutions which could not have any measurable effect on climate.
