Back in the Eighties, Biden ripped off UK Labour leader Neil Kinnock and last week it was Ronald Reagan.
Watch the clip at this link and marvel that the man is not only the current US President but might yet be again.
What is so clarified is the vast distance between the sincerity, directness,competence and sense of purpose in the delivery by Ronald Reagan to that of Joe Biden.
