The Tattoo Girl

As I sit elevated On a terrace Sipping dark kopi Bali, I watch the girl from the tattoo shop Perform an abstract painting As she tosses holy water Onto the ochre wall outside her shop. I watch the bleeding creation (Made by her fleeting gesture) Transform black and white statement Into yielding nuances of soft dreams and ambiguities. It makes me question such firm lines.
