First of all it must be so clear
the sun can wander in it
as freely as if it is midsummer
and it should be presented well
translucent glass no rust
and like the apex of blue sky
it has to be pure it has to be
nothing but honey ambrosial
a product virtuous and guiltless
and it should move but not
hurriedly it should be languid
pleasing gathering up enticement
everything about it must
pamper the nose its nature
shall shape and embellish your
rapture until finally
in no haste and with eyes closed
you assess the slow sublimity
enveloping caress of its taste.

To claim Aborigines have the world's oldest continuous culture is to misunderstand the meaning of culture, which continuously changes over time and location. For a culture not to change over time would be a reproach and certainly not a cause for celebration, for it would indicate that there had been no capacity to adapt. Clearly this has not been the case
