Anthony Bailey: ‘On a starry night’
On a starry night
Massed yet dispersed across the sky
White paint flung on a black canvas
Wisps of gossamer hung on high
Orion, the Saucepan, Leo and Taurus
And all the other Zodiac signs
Lights bright and white
Millions of points reveal
The Universe’s DNA
What do we see upon the stars?
Beams and pulses from Creation’s start
Pulsing and beaming in harmony till Its end
