Alexander Borojevic: we burn the dictionary
we burn the dictionary
use my words
like childish photography
place them high on your wall
and from the floor
watch the characters collaborate
expand like pregnant rays
a billion lives in your periphery
building constellations for your roof frame
resist the urge to touch your favourite phrase
and in three hours
my voice will carry through
and immolate verb heavens
around you
flaking in flames from the highest tree
dropping remnants of new names
pick them up
and make melodies from them
experiment like its secret
fold them through your hair and my love complex
swallow them if you please
start again
our new dictionary is digestible
