A town at war

For months now and largely unreported by a media more keen to promote the Voice, the remote Wadeye community has been in a state resembling civil war. What was once the peaceful town of Port Keats has seen more than a hundred homes torched, families driven into the bush and, just recently, bows and arrows figuring in the fighting.

Daily Mail Australia is one of the few outlets to cover the conflict and the pictures of the latest violence are shocking.
