In order to distract the people from massive government debt and invasion, the Prime Minister had the public servants construct a carbon horse. He politely pointed out to the citizens that they were wearing no clothes and that their flatulence was driving the rain away. The public servants were instructed to leave the carbon horse outside the crumbling walls of the Liberal Party in the rubble where all walls fall. ‘Take me in – plug me in’ said the livid neon sign. So they took it in and plugged it in to the thing that doesn’t love walls and the sign turned blue and flashed the words ‘The barbarians are within – it is five minutes to midnight and the barbarians are within’
