In the immediate aftermath of September 11, 2001, at that time of great tragedy for the people of the United States of America, the Los Angeles Classical Radio Station KUSC-FM played over the air the Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen, who is America’s leading contemporary composer of choral works.
